European Research Council (ERC)
"ERC Scientific Council Guidelines for Open Access"-2007. According to its policies the ERC requires all peer-reviewed articles and other peer-reviewed scientific publications resulting from research it has funded to be deposited in an appropriate institutional or subject repository and be openly accessible at the latest six months after the first publication. Further, ERC considers the immediate deposit of primary scientific data in appropriate databases very significant, and in no case should such depositions exceed six months after publication.
