The Institutional Repository of the University of Crete Library was launched in 1998 and developed it's website during the spring of 2008, at the url http://xdlib.lib.uoc.gr/. It is an open archive that contains around 2100 digital items and was developed based on the Keystone software. It accumulates, preserves and disseminates all kinds of scientific work that is produced by the University of Crete community, in order to support education and research.
